Underwood Family Farms. Cutest pumpkin patch ever. There is just one problem. It’s so dang cute, that it draws quite a crowd. I swear, everyone within 100 mile radius knows about this place and visits for Halloween time. This next year, I want to try and go off-season sometime to shop their fresh fruits and veggies and visit the animals and eat toffee and not pay $12 to get in.
We kind of lucked out being procrastinators, because we went toward the end of the day, so the crowds were thinning out quite a bit. At first I was annoyed to pay the full admission to get in when we only had a couple hours to play (do I sound like a cheapskate or what), but we only lasted an hour anyway. And by “we” I mean “Stevie”. We saw the pig races, went on a tractor ride, and took a bunch of photos in the pumpkin patch. The weather was phenomenal. Our cousins were with us. Happy day.
