I made something that actually resembled food. And it was good!
I present to you Sauteed Lemon Tilapia:
I found the recipe here but I did modify it just a tiny bit because I couldn’t find peppercorns. Not the ones they used anyway. So I used delicious capers in my butter sauce and it was nice and tart.
Getting to the finished product was still an adventure. But between splattering flour everywhere and the fire alarm going off every 5 minutes (seriously. Is anyone out there as big of a spaz in the kitch as I am?) I still got there. And I plan on making fish more often because it cooks up pretty good on the stove.
What’s your favorite way to prepare fish?
That looks so good! I have learned to like fish again after so many years of not eating it, and besides it is supposed to be good for your brain!!
