- I did 3 push-ups yesterday morning. Girl style. Sadly, this is major progress and I was super excited.
- When you’re used to traveling with a toddler, traveling without one feels like the easiest thing on the planet. Less to pack, less to carry, less to consider, no diapers to change, no one else to feed, no one to entertain, no tantrums to manage. Even when you have to be at the airport at 4am – EASY, I tell you.
- When Stevie’s therapists leave a positive comment about me in their notes, I feel so honored. Something simple like “Mom is very dedicated to Stevie’s therapy” or “Mom has a good relationship with Stevie” or “Mom engages well in play time” and I feel like I should get up and deliver a speech maybe?
- We just booked a trip to Savannah, Georgia for a wedding and I couldn’t be more excited. I just love to cross a new place off the list!
- This week’s style inspiration: Southern Missouri. One notable difference: I wear a shirt under my overalls, unlike the men at WalMart.
