1. About 80% of the food and snacks I’m eating are “spicy”.  At least that’s what I tell my son, so I don’t have to share.
2. I have such limited time these days, it takes me 3 mornings to give myself a pedicure. One day to remove nail polish, one day to buff and tidy up the nails, and one day to paint them. Only to inevitably ruin them within the hour.
3. This gloomy week has been a nice break from the heat… and tanning lotion.  Also shaving my legs altogether.
4. Stevie steps on my feet about 23 times a day, so you can imagine when I wear white sneakers, it’s like I’m in a western – dancing around, dodging bullets.
5. When you have a day with bad hair and spilling the whole can of your favorite almonds and smashing your face on the playground slide and misplacing your best watch, you really start to question all your decisions in life and where you went wrong.
