You may have already seen this on Instagram and/or Facebook. But Stevie just learned how to give a real hug!

Oooooh! To feel his chubby little arms squeeze around my neck… I mean, I can’t even describe it.  I felt butterflies shwooshing around in my tummy.  I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders.  I felt weak in the knees.  I felt tears sting my eyes and laughter escape my lips.

We made him hug us over and over and over.  After waiting years for this, we felt so elated and grateful.

He thought we were nuts.

I never want to forget how it felt to be hugged for the first time by the one little person I crave it from the most.
